Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing a mentoring session.

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a mentoring session, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not use our website or purchase any products or services.

1. Scope of Services

1.1. The mentoring sessions provide business guidance, personal development support, and strategic financial insight. The goal of the sessions is to help the client enhance their knowledge, confidence, and skills in line with agreed objectives.
1.2. The mentoring agreement covers a set number of sessions as outlined in the engagement letter or session package purchased.
1.3. Email Support is included for the duration of the engagement. Clients may reach out via email for questions and updates between sessions. The mentor will aim to respond within 48 hours but may have longer delays due to other commitments.
1.4. Additional Charges: If a query between sessions requires more complex or time-consuming work outside the scope of standard mentoring, additional charges may apply. The client will be advised beforehand if this applies.

2. Mentor's Responsibilities

2.1. Goal Setting: The mentor will work with the client to set clear, actionable goals for their business or personal development.
2.2. Facilitating Learning: The mentor will provide guidance, resources, and strategies to assist the client in improving their skills and business outcomes.
2.3. Professional Conduct: The mentor will maintain a respectful and professional relationship based on equality.
2.4. Referral to Other Services: If the mentor feels that another professional or service is better suited to address the client’s needs, a referral may be suggested.

3. Client's Responsibilities

3.1. Engagement: The client is expected to actively participate in sessions and take responsibility for their progress.
3.2. Follow-Through: The client will commit to the agreed actions between sessions to work toward their goals.
3.3. Openness to Learning: The client is expected to remain open to learning and applying new ideas and strategies.
3.4. Autonomy: The client acknowledges they are responsible for their own decisions and the implementation of strategies discussed during the mentoring sessions.

4. Payment and Refunds

4.1. The fee for mentoring sessions is due in advance and is non-refundable. In case of unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled.
4.2. If the client needs to reschedule a session, they are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

5. Confidentiality and Data Management

5.1. Privacy: All information shared in mentoring sessions will remain confidential, with the exception of legal or ethical obligations.
5.2. Professional Development: The mentor may discuss mentoring cases with a supervisor for professional development purposes while ensuring the client’s confidentiality is maintained.
5.3. Data Management: Any personal data held during the mentoring process will be managed according to Below The Line Finance’s privacy policy, and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. You can refer to our Privacy Policy here.

6.2. Communication of Changes: Clients are expected to communicate any scheduling changes as early as possible.

7. Review and Feedback

7.1. Session Evaluation: At the end of each session, a brief evaluation will take place to assess effectiveness and plan for future sessions.
7.2. Ongoing Feedback: Feedback will be sought regularly from the client to ensure continuous improvement in the mentoring process.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Any materials, resources, or documents shared during the mentoring sessions are for your use only and remain the intellectual property of the mentor. These materials cannot be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
